  • What is 18 Karat Gold?
    18 Karat gold comprises 75% pure gold mixed with 25% of other metals such as copper, silver, and other alloys. To secure gemstones in our jewellery, we use 18 Karat gold as it is more durable than 22 or 24 Karat gold.
  • How can I tell the quality and authenticity of the gold & precious stones used?
    All Zaavorr products are Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) hallmarked to certify the purity of gold and come with a diamond certificate issued by International Gemological Laboratories(IGI) or SGL Laboratories.
  • Does Zaavorr have a retail store?
    Currently Zaavorr jewellery is available to purchase only online on www.zaavorr.com.
  • How can I measure my ring size?

  • What modes of payment are available?
    We currently only accept credit/debit cards, UPI & bank transfers.
  • Can I pay once I receive the order?
    As all our pieces are made to order, we require a prior payment to proceed with the order. We currently do not have a Cash on Delivery option.
  • Why does the price of the product keep fluctuating?
    Since Gold is a commodity that trades on a global market, our prices are updated daily with the current gold rate.
  • Can I wear it everyday? Will it tarnish if I wear it in water?
    We want you to wear your Zaavorr jewellery like second skin without worry. With all pieces being crafted in 18 Karat solid gold, you can wear it daily but just like anything precious, do take care of your jewellery and it will last you a lifetime. If you do get your jewellery wet, please wipe it down with a soft cloth to ensure it doesn’t tarnish. You can send us your Zaavorr pieces for complimentary polishing whenever you desire and we will have your piece looking like new in no time!
  • What packaging will my Zaavorr jewelry arrive in?
    Our jewelry is carefully placed in a soft lined pouch, which goes into a Zaavorr box, along with the authenticity card and care instructions.
  • Can I have my order gift wrapped?
    All Zaavorr pieces come beautifully packaged - ready to gift others and yourself!
  • If I want to place an order for 2 identical pieces - Is it possible?
    As all our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans, there is always a slight variation in each piece. We think of it as each piece being unique as it can never be replicated like it’s machine made. We celebrate these slight variations as a signature of the artisan!
  • Do Zaavorr pieces count as investments?
    As all Zaavorr pieces are made in 18 Karat solid gold, your investment would always hold its value. Gold prices are volatile in the short term but have always maintained it’s value in the long run.
  • How are your pieces designed?
    Our inspiration comes from nature and natural forms and textures. A small idea grows into a collection after a collaboration of ideas and possibilities within the team.
  • Where are your pieces made?
    Our pieces are made in Bombay, India. Our gemstones are sourced from various parts of India to ensure you get the best.
  • How are your pieces made?
    All our pieces are made by hand in our workshop located in Bombay, India. They are produced by skilled artisans, some who are second and third generation karigars (artisans). One artisan works on a piece from start to finish, ensuring his attention to every detail.
  • What happens if my piece breaks?
    Even though all pieces go through multiple quality checks, sometimes accidents do happen while wearing your Zaavorr piece which could cause it to break. Please email us on info@zaavorr.com and include your name, description of the repair required and photo of the damage. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.
    If we are able to repair your piece, we will send you an email of the next steps and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
  • How do I store my Zaavorr pieces?
    Please store your Zaavorr pieces in a soft lined bag or surface that is dry. We encourage you to store each piece individually so they don’t end up scratching each other.
  • How do I clean my Zaavorr pieces?
    All Zaavorr pieces are easy to maintain. Fill a bowl with warm water and add mild soap to form a solution. Dip the piece into the bowl and let it soak for upto 5-10 minutes. Post which you can rinse it in cold water and dry with a soft cloth.
  • Can I have my order sent as a gift?
    Yes you can always send our pieces as a gift, and even attach a personalized note.
  • How do I get my partner’s ring size, without them knowing?
    We’re happy to assist you with finding the size. Please refer to our Size Guide here or reach out to us on info@zaavorr.com or +91 9136244440 for any further assistance.
  • Do you offer Gift Cards?
    Yes. Please click here to view our Gift Card option.
  • Do you accept refurbishing of jewellery?
    We offer complimentary refurbishing of Zaavorr jewellery. However, the shipping cost will be borne by the client.
  • My piece was damaged in transit — can I get a replacement?
    Please inform us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Write to us on info@zaavorr.com with an image, proof of purchase date and we will be in touch with you.
  • My account has been debited but it says the payment hasn't gone through — what do I do?
    Please mail us on info@zaavorr.com, and our customer care team will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel the order within the 24 hours of placing the order under the Order section in your Profile.
    All our pieces are made to order and we start making the piece the minute the order is placed and hence cannot accommodate any requests once this time has lapsed.
  • Do you offer any customisation?
    We do offer complimentary laser engraving on a piece if it’s possible. Please write to us at info@zaavorr.com with your order number and the message you would like to engrave on the piece and we will take care of the rest. Please note, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom pieces.
  • I just received my order, but it doesn't fit — what do I do?
    We are happy to resize a piece for you, please do get in touch with us on info@zaavorr.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If my piece is damaged, can I get it fixed by another jeweller?
    We cannot be held responsible for our products if they have been worked on by another jeweller. Please reach out to us on info@zaavorr.com and we’re happy to assist you!
  • During the course of wearing the piece, one of the stones seems to have fallen out — how do I get it fixed?
    Each piece by Zaavorr is inspected thoroughly before dispatch to ensure that all gemstones are secured properly, sometimes due to regular wear and tear a stone can get dislodged from the setting.
    If you do have the dislodged stone in hand, please do get in touch with us on info@zaavorr.com. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

  • How long do the pieces take to deliver?
    As all our pieces are handcrafted, we require 10 - 14 business days to dispatch your pieces. While we ensure to deliver your pieces as soon as possible, we might face a delay due to any COVID restrictions in place. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer free delivery across India.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Currently, we only ship pan India.
  • Can I fast-track my order?
    All our pieces are carefully handcrafted and require time, etc. However please write to us on info@zaavorr.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request
  • How will I know when the order has been shipped?
    Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, along with the tracking number.
  • How do you deliver the pieces?
    We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialise in shipping fine jewellery like Bluedart. In case you believe your package has been tampered, please do not accept the package.
  • Can I change my address after placing the order?
    Please write to us at info@zaavorr.com in case you have put in the wrong shipping details and we will surely have it updated to your correct address. Please ensure you write to us within 24 hours so that we can update the address well in advance with our delivery partner.
  • Do I have to personally sign for the delivery?
    Due to Covid safety protocols, we guarantee contact-less delivery for all our shipments. Our logistics partner will reach out when delivering the package to ensure that the product reaches you safely.
  • I missed my delivery, how can I rearrange it?
    Our logistics partner will automatically reschedule a delivery if it has been missed. In case of multiple missed attempts, please reach out to us on info@zaavorr.com.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND
  • What is your return policy?
    We offer a refund or exchange for the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • What is your buy back policy?
    We do not offer buy back of Zaavorr jewellery.
  • How do I return a product?
    You could put in a request for a return, under the Order section in your profile, within 7 days of receiving the product.
    We will have the product collected through our logistics partner, post which our team will inspect the piece and issue a refund once the return has been accepted.
  • How should I pack the piece if I want to return it?
    Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and is returned along with all its packaging intact.
    note: failure to do so will have a direct implication on the return process
  • Can I get a refund?
    Orders are eligible for refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, the refund request is only accepted once we have received the piece in its original condition. We will inspect the product on return and initiate the refund process once it is thoroughly checked. If the product is tampered with or worn we will not be able to refund the amount. If the piece is customised - refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
    It will take between 7-14 business days, once the return has been accepted to process the refund.
  • Can I return a gift card?
    We do not accept returns on items purchased on gift cards. We are happy to resize any piece if required, please write to us on info@zaavorr.com and we will be happy to assist you. *terms and conditions apply*
SHIPPING POLICY
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • Due to the high value of our products, all our shipments are fully insured and our logistics partner will contact you on the date of delivery to ensure that the product is delivered safely.
  • We make our best efforts to deliver your order within the stipulated timelines. In certain cases, we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
  • Orders are deliver within 10 - 14 business days. In certain cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any Covid restrictions, government interventions or natural causes.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
  • We apologise for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team on info@zaavorr.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • Currently only deliver pan India. Please check if we deliver to your pincode/city by entering your it in the product page/shopping/cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area/city, please contact us on info@zaavorr.com.
  • Once your order has shipped from our office, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. You can use your order number to find updated tracking information by visiting the "My Orders " page. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped, please allow for additional processing time currently due to extra safety precautions around COVID-19.
RETURN POLICY
  • Zaavorr will gladly accept all unworn and unused pieces 7 days from the delivery date. We will arrange for a pickup from your address.
  • All return shipments must be assigned by Zaavorr. We will not be responsible for any returns that have not been assigned by us.
  • In case of a Return, we will refund the original amount paid by the customer at the time of placing the order, to the recipient’s bank account.
  • In case of an Exchange, we will issue a gift card of the amount paid at the time of placing an order. The amount will not vary with any fluctuation in price on the website.
  • All pieces are to be returned in its original packaging.
    Original Packaging includes the Zaavor Box, Jewelry Pouch & Care Instructions.
    Failure to do so will have direct implications on the acceptance of the return.
  • All returns are subject to a Reverse Shipping Fee of ₹750/- INR on all return/exchange orders, as our products are handcrafted in 18 karat gold and are carefully transported by our trusted logistics partners to ensure optimal safety.
    In case you are returning the product due to an inconvenience from our end (for example: damage in transit), our team will inspect the piece on delivery and refund the reverse shipping fee to your account.
  • A refund will be initiated via bank transfer once the order has been received and inspected by Zaavorr to ensure all pieces are in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 - 14 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank.
  • Zaavorr reserves all rights to decline a return and refund if the pieces show signs of tampering or fail to pass inspection.
  • Zaavorr does not accept any returns/exchange 7 days after the date of delivery.
  • All Special Orders and custom pieces are FINAL SALE since they are made specifically for you and cannot be returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Our cancellation policy is valid 24 hours from the time of placing an order.
  • The refund will be initiated once the order has been canceled.
  • Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  • In case you have paid via UPI, Credit or Debit card please email us from your registered email address to info@zaavorr.com with your bank account details for the refund.

All Zaavorr jewellery is handmade due to which the weight of gold could differ. If the piece produced is higher than the weight of gold billed, the client will bear the difference payable to Zaavorr. If the quantity of gold used is less, Zaavorr will refund the difference to the client.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
